BLAST: This special class concentrates on core conditioning utilizing a mix of plyometrics, strength training , and stretching drills, to create BALANCE, LENGTHENING, STABILITY and all over TONING.
BODY PUMP: Guaranteed to change the shape of your body!!! A unique, fun,
and result oriented way to increase your strength and endurance. This high
energy class is set to motivating music and led by enthusiastic instructors. Utilizing barbells, you will PUMP UP your body like never before!!!
BOOT CAMP: A unique, fun and result oriented way to increase your strength & endurance. High energy & motivating workout using cardio moves combined with barbells & dumbbells
CARDIO-SCULPT: This action packed class combines the best of both worlds;
cardio and all over body sculpting. Your instructor will lead you through an
invigorating multi- cardio sections (step, low impact, interval) followed by an all
over toning work out. This class has it ALL!
ENDURANCE RIDE: A combination of long & steady rides as well as short & fast rides which will increase your power & endurance and challenge you physically & mentally.
DANCIN’ TO THE MUSIC: A fresh and funky cardio class that will keep you
movin' and groovin' to the latest beats. This class helps improve coordination
and body awareness through fun and exciting dance movements.
*INTEGRATIVE YOGA: (A GREAT PLACE TO BEGIN) Concentrating more on
working safely with aging adults & the less active, with keeping medical
conditions under consideration. This Yoga class will help with breathing,
balance, flexibility, and mental fitness.
KICK ‘N’ IT: This highly energized, non-choreographed class will test you to
the limit! Through a variety of kicking, punching, and agility training, this class
will challenge you and your determination! Utilizing bags, mitts, and a variety
of other training equipment, you are guaranteed to feel that you are “KICK ‘N’ IT!”
LATIN FUSION: High energy dance style class, the hottest latin moves, with the most up-to-date latin tunes.
LOW ‘N’ SCULPT: This class combines two basic forms of getting in shape;
low impact aerobics and all over body toning! Join the fun as your instructor
leads you through a dynamic low impact cardio section and finishes your
workout with exercises designed to tone and strengthen your muscles!

OVERDRIVE: This fun, non-choreographed class includes a little bit of
everything; step, interval training, strength training, agility and speed
training...all in one action packed hour! No fancy steps just FUN and SWEAT!!
*PILATES: Developed in the 1920s by the legendary physical trainer and
founder of the Pilates Studio™, Joseph H. Pilates, The Pilates Method is
an exercise system focused on improving flexibility and strength for the total
body without building bulk. It is a series of controlled movements engaging
your body and mind. Not to be missed!
*POWERHOUSE PILATES: This mat based workout has various levels of
intensity designed to strengthen the body’s powerhouse, build core stability,
sculpt the body, increase strength, circulation, body awareness & flexion.
*POWER YOGA: A dynamic and vigorous style which synchronizes breath and movement, endures longer holds on the poses, and cleanses and focuses the
mind. The steady breathing builds heat in the body and therefore flexibility
creating a higher level of vitality and freedom.
PUNCH, JUMP & JAB: An intense cardio workout that incorporates kick boxing,
power moves, plyometrics, and toning exercises.
PURE STEP: Just what it says…this step aerobics class is designed to allow
everyone to follow along with the fun step choreography. Enjoy 50 minutes of
pure aerobic step cardio
STEP-N-ABS: Utilizing the original STEP platform, this class is designed to
increase your cardiovascular endurance and strengthen your core muscles.
Your instructor will lead you through 35-45 minutes of continuous stepping
patterns followed by an awesome abdominal/back strengthening section. Join the FUN!
STEP-N-SCULPT: This class includes a step workout and a strength
component utilizing weights, tubing, Bosu, and Stability Balls. You will improve
your cardiovascular endurance and your muscular strength with this workout
